This radar is ideal for mounting on sturdy poles, fence lines, or on a wall covering the area in front of a building. The two devices are integrated through edge-to-edge radar pairing, and all configurations are handled through the PTZ camera. AXIS D2122-VE uses the same mounting interface as Axis PTZ cameras, so it’s easy to add it to existing installations. Plus, with PoE out, there’s no additional cable drop needed. The ARTPEC-9 PTZ camera and its IR illumination are only activated when triggered by the radar, maximizing energy savings.
